8 yard fowl eggs or 6 regular eggs
3 tbsp cold milk
½ cup vegetable oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sliced cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup spinach leaves
1 teaspoon butter or margarine
Black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Melt butter in a frying pan and sauté the spinach slightly. Mix eggs, black pepper and paprika together in a separate bowl and whisk until bubbly. Mix flour and salt in a 9-inch pie plate. Combine milk and oil in measuring cup and beat with fork until creamy, then quickly pour over flour in pie plate. Mix with fork until flour is dampened. Pat out the pastry with your fingers. Place cheddar slices on the pastry, spread spinach leaves and pour egg mixture on top. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for about 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
